Primarly focusing on the urban community in Harrisburg, PA, L.O.R.D. has been working tirelessly to improve the conditions of living in the area through its partnerships with churches and business owners, members, and network of caring persons for well over a decade.

Kevin N. Washington Sr.
President/CEO
Born and raised in Harrisburg, PA our president is a graduate from Cheyney University with a degree in Psychology and has worked in a diverse array of roles in the Harrisburg community.
Kevin is a grant writer, author, entrepreneur and happily married father of 4 children to Thelma Washington.
Kalann
Washington
Event Coordinator
A seasoned member to the team, Kalann's primary area of impact is as the events coordiator. He also helps to operate, manage, and initiate programs for the organization. Kalann is a writer and is excited to help grow the organization.
Thelma Washington
Vice President
Although raised just outside of Chicago, Illinois, Thelma has been an active member of the Harrisburg community since she moved from her home 30 years ago. A cosmotologist by trade, former business owner, and entrepreneur, Thelma is accomplished in her own right, but sees the importance of community service.

Finacial Officer
Clo has over a decade of accounting experience, specializing in nonprofit accounting. As an IRS Enrolled Agent, she is also proficient in other areas of tax.
